We loved it! We never lost conection and kids were super happy!...
The battery pack that was given to us lasted all day. We just charded it everynight.

The speed is good, and so is the reception. The only problem is that the battery doesn’t really hold for 24 hrs, as it was advertised

Getting the pocket wifi unit and returning it at the end of our Japan trip is so easy. The pocket wifi is also reliable with stable internet connection.

Had a great time with the product. Whole family used the internet whilst holidaying in Japan. No issues with connectivity ourselves (though others traveling with us had no access for about a week)
Much cheaper for us than paying roaming fees.
Used the power bank quite a lot for phone charging too (not required for pocket WiFi during our days out)
Obviously have to be close to the WiFi to receive access - so limited to the carrier sometimes.
Would use again.

Fast speed, efficient service

WiFi device was waiting at my hotel upon arrival, worked perfectly and included a mailer to return at the airport. I've rented from this service 5+ times with no issues.
