Great service, easy to use

Excellent coverage in the Tokyo area. The battery also lasted all day. If you are connecting internationally via VPN, you do not have to worry about data usage.

Worked perfectly the entire time in Tokyo, Osaka, Nara and Kyoto. Occasionally lost signal when we were in the basement but that's to be expected. Lasted a whole day on a single charge. Was great that they gave us a separate charger and power bank too. Would buy again

Whenever I visit my daughter in Japan I avail myself of this product through Japan Wireless. It provides reliable data access at a reasonable cost. The delivery and return process is hassle free. A great company.

A group of four of us used it to be able to connect to the internet and we had no problems. We were able to use it on google maps without any issues. It came with a portable charger too, which was great!
