Everything step was organized in a perfect way; the Japan wireless is easy to use and works nicely.

Item arrived on time to my hotel. Item was pre charged and ready to go, with easy instructions provided I was online in minutes. Battery life lasted all day, re-charge overnight and ready to go again. Very reliable in all parts of Japan that I visited. Easy drop off option at the airport.

I ordered their pocket wifi for our 4-day trip to Sapporo and it was well worth the price. I opted for a pocket wifi as opposed to a sim card since my companions also needed internet connection during our trip. Transaction was a bit shaky at first because the first payment ended with their website crashing, but their customer service was quick to confirm that the first payment had not pushed through. Upon arrival at the airport, pick-up at the post office was quick and easy. Using the device was simple as well. Signal was strong even when we were in the subway, which was great. Returning the device was also smooth and took no time at all. I'll definitely be booking this again in my future trips to Japan.

I used it for a month and 10 days— stayed consistent the whole time and the battery lasted very long. The only downside is that the charger it comes with is very inefficient at charging so it’s good to bring your own usb to android adapter cable

very happy with the coverage and hotspot itself. However I think what would make this 5 stars is better instructions on how to pick up the hotspot in the first place. I chose to pickup in Narita and it was confusing as to where to pickup the hotspot at the airport. A map that shows where to pickup would have been helpful.

We hired the premium wifi. Used with 4 people. No issues except the battery would go flat when kept on all day. Easy to collect from the airport and drop back. Definitely use them again.
