申請するには、公開されているオファーへのリンクとお客様の予約詳細をサポートチームまでEメールでお送りください。確認が取れ次第、元の支払い方法に差額を喜んで返金いたします。

We aim to provide a flexible cancellation process to give you peace of mind before your trip.

Our Policy

1. Pre-shipment Cancellation

   Cancellations made before the device is dispatched (at least 3 days before your start date) are fully refundable.

2. Post-shipment Cancellation

   For cancellations made after dispatch but before the start date, a handling fee of 1,100 JPY (tax incl.) per unit will be deducted from your refund.

3. Rental Adjustment

   If you need to shorten your rental duration prior to the start date, the difference in fees will be fully refunded.

To request a cancellation or adjustment, please email our support team with your booking details, and we will process your refund to your original payment method.

2. 無料の交換用ルーター

   交換用ルーターを無料でお送りします。

   • 東京・大阪・名古屋エリア：当日配送または24時間以内。
   • 北海道・九州・その他エリア：2日以内に配送。
