It was easy to pick up easy to return. The pocket WiFi was easy to use. Having a po let WiFi is a great help to me because it helped me navigate my way around Tokyo - goggle map and Google translate . It’s always helpful to have a pocket WiFi & it worked perfectly.

Japan Wireless was excellent for our 28 day tour of Japan from Nagasaki right up to Sapporo. No issues at all with any drop outs. Spare battery came in handy. Received at our hotel as scheduled and drop off at the airport was easy. Would definitely hire this again.

Great communication and customer service, my flight was 7 hrs delayed and as soon as I contacted the team they provided solutions to ensure I received my device at my hotel. Ended up picking up at Airport just right before they closed, package was ready and it was fast and easy pick up at Haneda Airport. Device is very light and small, easy to carry on bag pack, battery lasted about 8-10 hrs before need to recharge, very reliable and never had a service outage or any other issue. Return via mail package before going through security at the Airport was very convenient. I would used on a next trip to Japan for sure
