Wonderful product for use as we travelled all over Japan. I prefer to use this instead of SIM card. Good reception no blackouts. I appreciate the delivery of this product to our hotel before we arrived and return of your product at the airport. The instructions for use was clear and easy to understand. We will definitely use your product again when we visit Japan in the future.

The wifi experience with Japan Wireless was easy and relaxed. The router was delivered to our hotel with a tracked parcel. When activated, all of us managed to connect without issues. The network is stable and fast. The router battery last for the whole day and the free power bank is a nice plus.
