Reliable connection. Sufficient battery life- last all day and rarely needed the battery pack it came with. Easy pick up and return.

Never had issues using the wifi. Always had coverage even when others don't. Easy pick up and drop off in airport. Recommended.

Wir hatten in unseren drei Wochen in Japan stets besten Empfang. Erhalt und Abgabe des Gerätes waren wir angehen sehr einfach. Wir werden den Service wieder in Anspruch nehmen wenn wir wieder in Japan sind.

Picked up my premium wifi from New Chitose airport JTB counter. Friendly staff. Been to Japan before and I know how this works. Good coverage and easy to use.
Only minor thing is the battery of my device ran out quite fast. Good we had a portable power bank else I would be in trouble. That is why a for star and no 5 star.
Further it is a must have whwn travelling Japan. Easier then struggeling with an Esim.

Excellent service. Great coverage, even in remote areas. The device was ready for me as soon as I arrived at my hotel.

The process was streamlined and fast, connectivity was ok, but at a lot of times I was in the busy areas so it might just be it. Really unlimited traffic as I can tell for using it for a whole day long together with my wife (around 5-10gb each). Power bank was a lifesaver, but it would be better if there was type-c port as well.
Would recommend Japan Wireless to anyone who wants a fast and unlimited connectivity through their Japan trip

I was lucky enough to spend 4 weeks in Japan and I’d reserved a Wi-Fi device. I was so pleased that I had as the service was excellent and the device invaluable, I would definitely use them again.
