Everything was very exceptional. The pocket wifi worked great with easy instructions to follow. Made the experience to help travel around Japan wonderful. When I come back in the future, I’ll will be using this again. Thank you guys for everything.

Honestly we can't fault our experience with Japan Wireless. It was very easy to order, reasonably priced, and very simple to use. The pack was at our hotel when we arrived. The pack contained everything we could possibly need and very easy to understand instructions. We set it all up within a couple of minutes and used it every day of our holiday. It never once cut out or caused issues and the battery lasted extremely well, but it was great to have a lightweight battery pack just in case - this gave us peace of mind. We would thoroughly recommend it to anyone visiting and will be using Japan Wireless again when we return to Japan in the future.

It was my first time to avail of the service and it did not disappoint. The connection was stable during the 8 days we were in JP. We did not encounter any issue at all. The included power bank is a great help. Will get this service again next time.

My Samsung was working fine and had good speed but my wife's iPhone was really slow
