We rented a Premium WiFi device from Japan Wireless for our trip and had an excellent experience.

The device was delivered directly to our hotel before we arrived, which made the entire process easy and stress-free. Setup was straightforward, and the connection was reliable throughout our travels.

We used the WiFi 12–15 hours a day for navigation, taxi services, messaging, web browsing, and general travel planning. Although we also had eSIM service, we found ourselves relying heavily on the pocket WiFi because it provided a stable connection for multiple devices and gave us peace of mind while traveling.

Returning the device was just as easy. We dropped it off at a post office before leaving Japan. Despite the language barrier—I don't speak Japanese and the clerk didn't speak English—the process was quick and hassle-free. I simply took a number, showed the return package, and everything was handled smoothly.

I would definitely use Japan Wireless again and would recommend them to anyone visiting Japan.

This wireless product was for me of great value. With it I had stable wifi to find my way as a tourist in the big cities of Japan.

Never had any issues. Didn't run out of data even with 2 devices attached and never ran out of battery even after using it all day every day.

Our wifi was waiting at the hotel for us when we arrived. After 1 day, it would not hold a charge and we had to keep it plugged into a power bank. I contacted Japan Wireless and they sent a new one to our next hotel. The new one worked perfectly. We connected 3 phones and 2 tablets seamlessly and had service everywhere we went without interruption. The price was economical compared to adding international to our phones or getting sim cards. Our hotel mailed the first one for us in the provided envelope. We dropped the second one in the post box at the airport as we entered. It could not have been easier. I would highly recommend using this service.

Worked perfectly throughout our 10-day stay in various locations in Japan. Easy to collect at Taneda airport and even easier to return by posting it into any postbox (and there was a convenient one at the airport. Much cheaper than using UK mobile providers. Would definitely recommend.

very easy to use, sharable with others, no limit on usage and long battery life (plus the powerbank made it no problem to load) convenient. Not too big to carry around in a bag, which i would have had to bring anyways for trash, water, shopping etc.

Easy to collect, connect and return the device. Very useful for a family of 4. So reliable when it comes to internet. It comes with a power bank although I didn’t use it, coz I had one that I used. Very handy as well, I just put in my small handbag. And of course, we were always connected with the internet never pauses. Excellent product.
