Portable wifi worked like charm whole trip.

Awesome service for visitors to Japan. Save me a lot of money using the portable Premium WiFi for our family of 3 to share WiFi. It worked well in Tokyo Disney and Osaka. There were a few areas in Kiyota where the WiFi couldn’t connect but other than that, it worked flawlessly. The pick-up was at the Hotel Bell desk and drop off was at one of the Osaka airports Mail Drop boxes. I give the portable WiFi from Japan Wireless an A+ grade.

Always use Japan wireless when traveling in Japan - reliable, easy to use, easy to pickup at airport or have had it delivered to hotel, easy to return. Highly recommended!!

The pick-up and drop-off process as instructed was very smooth. The wifi devices themselves have excellent battery life with light to moderate use and have good signal all over Tokyo. Would definitely book again.

We used a Japan Wireless Pocket WIFI device for the duration of our 12 day visit to Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka. It was compact, easy to use and worked very well. The battery life was excellent, we used it all day everyday and didn't need to use the supplied power bank at all, just charged the device up at night. We highly recommend Japan wireless Pocket WIFI to anyone travelling to Japan.
