Worked perfectly. Pick up and drop off was super easy on the airport. Extra battery was helpful on long days. Always good connection. Will use again on my next trip to Japan

Rented this pocket WiFi for our cruise. It was so helpful to have WiFi to use our phones and ipads in port. Fast and reliable! But this company gave you everything they promised! Device was at hotel for us, clear instructions to use, and even after we returned the device received an email they had received it. Highly recommend this company and pocket WiFi! Great coverage, only downside is an additional battery pack (which is provided) is needed to be carried as it couldn't last a full day on its own.. But otherwise would definitely recommend.
