I traveled through Japan for three weeks and visited Tokyo, Fukuoka, Beppu, Nagasaki, Naha and Miyakojima. There was excellent connection and speed anywhere I needed it. To be able to research sightseeing spots, use Google maps for orientation or stay in touch with friends and family made the trip even more pleasurable and convenient.

Wifi was great! when we weren't using it for on the spot gps directions, we used it to stream netflix when we had slow starts or late nights to the day

Unit was very easy to read and use, I just plugged it in when I returned from a day's sightseeing and let it charge all night and it stayed charged all day. I had no problems or issues with this unit.

Great product and experience. Easily ordered and picked up at Narita airport. Fantastic coverage everywhere we went and loads of battery life. Drop off was easy as we mailed it from Henada airport day we left.

Used throughout the entire trip. Typically only had 2 devices connected, but was stable and reliable. The battery life itself was pretty good and the added battery pack was extremely helpful even though we only had to use it twice before being able to go back to the hotel for the day to charge it overnight.

We have travelled right round Japan and only had 1 day where the service dropped. But the unit was easy to reset and away we went. No problems collecting the unit from the airport. For 1st time travellers to Japan it was almost a must!
