This helped me a ton. We were traveling 8-10-14 hrs per day. Battery was never an issue. We went to places like Shirakawa-go and still had connectivity.

This gadget was a terrific companion for our month in Japan. We were many places, including way out in the countryside and at the tip of the remote Noto Peninsula. We always had wireless service thanks to this gizmo. It’s great that they include an extra battery... came in handy a couple of times. They make pick-up and return super easy too. No complaints, it was great.

Great service! It was ready to collect from hotel when we arrived and worked perfectly the whole time. I would recommend this to everyone travelling to Japan!

I had no problem with internet whatsoever. The only downside was having to carry the portable wifi as well as the portable charger (along with your own cell phone) so it does get heavy when you carry them everywhere. I still highly recommend getting it for a group of 3 or more. Even for 2 people, it may be worth it. Just take turns carrying them lol

Easy to order and return. Worked great everywhere we went in Japan. I give it 4 stars only because the battery bank came apart but it still worked.
