This is the 3rd time I have used Japan Wireless for my trips to Japan. Each time I have been amazed at how well the process from pre-order to pick-up of the device at the first hotel and then drop off at the last hotel on our trip. The Wi-Fi is easy to set up and use of it throughout our travels makes it easier to stay in contact with people back in Hawaii as well as continue with our usual internet viewing. I loved that my photos taken on my phone were loaded onto the Cloud and onto my iPad and on my Mac at home via the Cloud. Thank you for a great product and service.

Extremely good customer service. Why? I ordered the pocket wifi by mistake because I didn’t realize that my hotel already had wifi. So I decided to return it just a few hours after receiving it. I thought the company would decline my refund request, instead they gave me a full refund straight away.
Although I only had the pocket wifi for a couple of hours, the speed and signal was very stable. There was no problem at all.
The customer service was also very responsive and detailed in terms of instructions. Definitely recommended.

Having wifi all the time was a serious lifesaver. Managing transit, finding good food, and translating information was all made easy.
