I highly recommend Japan Wireless for the pocket WiFi and their service. My family and I were in Japan for two weeks and overall worked great for us - I would use them again.

I requested the WiFi to be delivered to the hotel and upon my check-in I was handed the package. Japan wireless was responsive. After the first day the WiFi stopped being charged and they were quick to send me a replacement and credit for a day lost connection. Returning the pocket WiFi was a breeze at the airport.

Worked perfectly everywhere we traveled in Japan (primarily Tokyo and Kyoto). Easy to pick up, set up, and return. Highly recommend.
