The 187mbps option was cheap, fast, and very reliable. The hotspot power lasts all day and then some. We never lost service between within Tokyo, Kyoto, and between the two.

Renting the pocket WiFi and having it delivered to my hotel was really convenient and easy. The connection and internet speed was excellent! The only complaint I have was the battery pack did not last very long and the cord was defective. After the second day, we used our own battery pack to charge the pocket WiFi. Other than the equipment issues the service was great. We had 5 phones connected at the same time and the connection never slowed down.

My husband and rented this for our two week trip to Japan. It was easy to use and very reliable in terms of connection and speed. Which was very helpful when trying to navigate a brand new city. It was well worth the price and very easy to pick up and return.

You need one of these when traveling around Japan. Great service, easy pickup at the airport, easy setup and worked everywhere. Just drop it in a mailbox when you’re done.

This is the second time we used japan wireless and we love it! Its cheap, easy and works so good! I allways recomend this to my friends who are planing a trip to japan.

Great service, easy pick up and returnal at the postal office at the airport and sometimes even faster then hotel wifi. Coverage in Japan is also great. Battery lasts about a day, especially if you turn it off sometimes, so no worries there, didn't have to use the included powerbank once.
