I highly recommend Japan wireless to anyone who is looking for reliable and high speed wifi during their stay in Japan. We used it in Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka. The company was also kind enough to extend our usage for free for 3 additional days due to delays in our flight from the recent typhoon. Their customer service is exemplary!

This is actually the 3rd time that I've utilised this service, and have been very pleased with both the delivery of the product and the way the product works. It's also a tad easier to pay for it than other companies I've used, when initially ordering, which is nice. It's a routine for me now to book when I'm going to Japan, and I've recommended it to others travelling there.

Ordered the premium package and it was perfect for iur trip. Had it in my bag wherever we went and we where always connected. We where in Japan during the Typhon Hagibis and when our plane got cancelled they offered us free wifi for 4 days until our new departure time. Ordering this the next time I'm travelling to Japan.

The service is wonderfull. We enjoy of it all around Japan, The service was up at every time, even when traveling in the Shinkansen Train at 300KM per hour we had full service every time we need it. Bet option much better than sim card

I used Japan Wireless during my 10 day trip to Japan. It was great to be able to connect mine and my friend's phone so we could use the phones to help navigate our way around. There was a day that our unit stopped working and the reset button didn't seem to address the issue. Japan Wireless responded to my concerns quickly and ended up shipping me a new unit, which arrived timely. Then when I got stuck in Japan for a bit of extra time, due to weather, they worked with me more than fairly for the extended time. Japan Wireless was excellent and I'll for sure repeat my business with them next time I go to Japan!

Wireless wifi was great, extra battery was a lifesaver. Had to reset the unit once when I picked it up, but had no trouble afterwards. Pick up and return was super easy, will definitely use again!
