I booked my pocket Wi-Fi with Japan Wireless just a few days before my eight-day trip to Japan last October 2019. It was breeze, and the pick-up and drop-off instructions they gave me were very clear so I didn't have a hard time trying to locate the post office and retrieve / deposit my pocket Wi-Fi. For the whole duration of my trip, I didn't have to worry about shoddy internet connectivity because I was connected online. Their connection was superb and very fast that I managed to keep in touch with my parents and friends from my home country. I highly recommend this company for pocket Wi-Fi rental. In addition to their great customer service and fast connectivity, the value for money (rental fee) is reasonable, and the insurance offered is quite good. I look forward to renting from Japan Wireless again the next time I fly to Japan. Definitely deserving of 5 stars!

The wifi router helped me get through my business trip in Japan very comfortably.

The Wireless router was excellent, reception was really good, the battery lasted all day, we only needed to use the power bank when going out in the evening as well as a long day out. The data provided was more than enough, we attached 4 devices and even streamed a movie. So useful to get around on the public transport and for Japan Taxi!

We stayed in Japan for 13 days. We moved North and South with this Premium Wi-Fi with no problems. 3 people connected all the time with excelent cover, connection rate and so easy configuration, just connect and go.
Easy delivery at mail post and easy return at any mail box.
