The wireless unit worked perfectly in cities and in rural areas. It was fast and easy to set up and use. The unit was waiting for me at my hotel upon arrival. Five stars!

Easy pickup and returns at airport post offices. Double check the terminal you’re flying into at Narita, because it’s a pain to go from 1 to 2. Worked flawlessly for my Japan trip, an invaluable asset to my trip. Complimentary battery bank was a good plus.

Excellent pocket modem to use. Japan Wireless made it very simple to collect at the airport and return at the end of the trip. The cost was comparable with other providers. Wifi held a long charge and was reliable everywhere we went. I would use Japan Wireless next time I visit Japan.
