I was only in Japan for a week, but the wifi was perfect everywhere, and so easy to set up. Really good battery life- it would last me a couple days at a time. The only complaint I have is that the cord would fall out of the charging port- I had to use my own micro USB cord in order to charge it. I think I had written this on the sheet provided for feedback, but realised I had thrown it away instead of mailing it with the equipment :( Otherwise, really, really wonderful product and will use it again next time I am in Japan

I was visiting Japan for two weeks. The whole pickup process was very easy and the product itself was excellent. Very reliable with excellent battery life. I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Japan.

We were visiting our daughter in Japan and had 3 devices to connect. The service we got was fantastic. Our flights were cancelled because of Typhoon Hagibis and we had to change our travel plans. The Wi Fi was redelivered to our new hotel and was waiting for us. The reception we had with the Wi Fi never let us down no matter where we were. Highly recommend Japan Wireless and we will definitely use them again

We used it for three weeks, and besides rebooting a couple of times, it was perfect. We had three pads and two phones, and the kids were surfing Youtube, watching Netflix without any problems. Will def use Japanwireless again!!! Tnx!

this portable wifi was a godsend.. We used it with our navigation apps on our smart phones. However the separate battery backup provided with the portable wifi was insufficient for both the smart phone and portable wifi, so we purchased an additional one for our 2 week trip to Japan.

We'ved used this service many, many times as it makes communication and navigation stress free. A necessity, and the process is so easy. They deliver anywhere and drop off is a breeze.
