Really quick, simple delivery. Easy to use for technologically challenged person. Dropped off at airport when leaving country. Really aided in my travel plans - made getting from one place to another really easy and stress free. Would recommend to anyone travelling to non English speaking country. And Cheap!

For first time into Japan, for four adults and two young children, the mobile wireless unit performed faultlessly and without any issues. The provided battery pack could have lasted longer and I would recommend having extra power source for the unit. But altogether, I couldn't fault the product, nor the service.

Simple to pick up (New Chitose Airport) and even simpler to return (self-addressed large prepaid envelope provided), the speeds through the two week stay in both Hokkaido (Tomamu) and Tokyo CBD were in excess of 100MBPs and with the unit capable of serving data to up to 10 devices, the children and adults alike were well served (with data!).

Best of all, my research online showed their rates were competitive compared to other services.

Simple to pick up and return, great battery life of the hotspot which can be extended with the included battery pack.

Great coverage throughout the country. There was a problem when I traveled back into the Kyoto Osaka area. As soon as I rebooted the device, it worked fine.
