I used this product while in Japan and it worked very well and was simple to use. It held a charge for long days at work. I would definitely rent this product again on any of my trips to Japan and would recommend it to everyone.

Excellent Wi-Fi provider! It was always strong and reliable, plus easy to use. For my first trip to Japan, this was really great to use to keep in touch with family and to explore.

We had a very strong signal in Tokyo, Fussa, Mt. Fuji and Kyoto!! Plus easy pickup at Narita airport from Japan postal service. Plus easy drop off with prepaid postage from Japan postal service when departing from Narita airport!

Fantastic service and well worth the investment

This is my second time using Japan Wireless. I used a competitor previously for several years. I finally decided to update my knowledge about wireless rental companies in Japan and found that Japan Wireless was rated very high by bloggers for price and data allowance.

I was able to use Japan Wireless in Tokyo over the holidays and again in Kyushu in February. The service worked flawlessly in both areas. I'm looking forward to things settling down again under the current global health crisis so that I can travel to Japan again and rent from Japan Wireless again.
