Loved having the device when I arrived at my hotel. When leaving Japan, just dropped it off at the airport. So easy. Highly recommend getting one when traveling in Japan!

I've been using Japan Wireless's pocket wifi whenever I need to travel to Japan. Pick up and drop off have always been easy (particularly picking up from/dropping off at post offices near train stations/at airports). I feel like the cost is reasonable, the internet is quite fast, and the size of the device is small and convenient to carry around.

There are so many companies to choose from but this one was reasonable and made it so easy to pick up at Narita and to send back from any post drop including the post offices of Narita. The coverage was perfect and the battery and back up never let us down with our family of 4 using it with all their devices.

Super reliable throughout tokyo and even when we traveled to gotemba we had no issues with wifi as well as traveling by train no issues

I had the pleasure visiting japan back in december, and to be obvious the presence of constant data helps a lot.
The service is as described no surprises, sometimes the network drops (passing through tunnels completely normal).
If you are traveling in a group, this is perfect for you, cost-wise and not only.
Will definitely comeback to JW, next time im coming to Japan.

Super Fast internet ,and convenient, super good service

Everything other than the external battery pack worked well. Fortunately the unit lasts almost a full day so no need for extra battery.
