Wifi reserved in advance on the internet, available on our arrival at the hotel. Subsequently the equipment was replaced immediately because defective and again available in another hotel. Service at the top. Without hesitation on our next trip I will choose Japan Wireless.

Traveling with 2 teenagers makes internet availability a top priority. It was easy to use and really added to the succes of our holiday.

The premium mobile wifi indeed made my Japan trip more pleasurable. It enabled me to receive constant wifi service no matter where I was, and I literally went from Hokkaido up north, down to Kyushu, down south. Google Maps and all my other apps worked well with no coverage outage.

The mobile wifi was easy to order, pick up, use, and return. It was also very reasonably priced, compared to other competitors I checked out. It also came with an extra power pack at no added cost!

I will definitely order a premium portable wifi again when I return to Japan.

Im glad i got one. Its so convenient, when we arrived at the hotel, its already there. The front desk immediately gave it to me. Ive used it during our 10days japan trip. The dropoff, its so convenient as well. Well get one again when we visit japan next time
