This machine was excellent. Lasted almost the whole day without needing to charge and worked perfectly.

Your arrangement worked flawlessly. We were handed the modem while at the hotel checking in. It was easy to use, with high connectivity, with a backup battery and wonderfully, with a return envelope.

Great device, really fast internet and you can share it with multiple people for a fantastic price. If you are traveling with a big group keep in mind that you will always need to be together to use it, other wise getting 2 would be good a good idea if you plan to split up often.

The ease of reserving to using to returning the wifi helped make our trip to Japan amazing! Definitely will rent from Japan Wireless again!

Connection speed not always perfect but overall a great aid.
Simple pick up and return procedure.

Shared between me and my wife as we were doing everything together. So we both had mobile internet coverage while retaining our original phone numbers. No problems with battery life. Lasts all day. Just charge it at night.
