The pocket wifi was very useful for our trip in Japan. We had the unlimited giga option. Picked it up at the Narita airport, at the Post Office on the 4th floor, and it was good to go right away. The battery was very long lasting and the signal quite good.
You just drop it off at the airport so it served us well to the very last moment of our trip

We used it for 2 weeks in Japan - Tokyo, Hakone, Osaka, Kyoto, Nara. Everywhere it was working perfectly. The internet was fast and reliable. Included powerbank also helped to keep the battery full.

Had an excellent experience! No issues, super easy to set up, and super easy to return. Just make sure to double check which post office you order the wifi to get delivered to -- I didn't read my email properly and went to the wrong post office in the airport. I would definitely use Japan Wireless again.
