Had a last minute change to the terminal location for a pickup and customer service came through for me!

Worked great. My wife and I shared off the same device, which wasn’t a problem, except for that one time I almost left her on the train platform. Luckily, she wedged her arm into the closing door and was able to pry herself onto the train. All’s well that ends well, as they say but might consider renting two next time for just such an occasion.

Good , Valueable , easy to pick-up and return, I input wrong pickup location and send messange to company. They change location in a few hours. Good pocket Wifi!!

It was really easy to order the unit and it was waiting for us when we arrived at our first hotel in Japan. The set up instructions were clear and the wifi was operational within a minute. The battery life on the website was said to be 20 hours but we were only getting about 6-7 hours. One day the battery ran out while we were still trying to navigate our way back to our hotel, causing us some difficulty. While a power bank had been provided free with the package, we had not taken it with us that day. After contacting Japan Wireless we were told that any rental wifi with constant use would eventually deteriorate with the power bank there as a backup. Japan Wireless arranged to send a replacement wifi the next day with the battery in that unit having a much longer battery life. We were grateful for the quick response. Having the wifi was one of the best decisions we made for our trip to Japan. It made access to Google, Google Maps and Google Translate so easy.

The Japan Wireless pocket wifi device that we used on our recent trip to Japan was excellent. We device worked perfectly everywhere we went -- we can't image travelling without it.
The unit was waiting for us at our hotel in Tokyo when we arrived, as requested. Returning the device was easy -- we just put it into a postbox in Kumamoto when our trip ended. Excellent product and service. Thank you.

Simply perfect. The internet velocity is good enough to share videos, and photos, use social media, etc. With just 1 battery charge you can use the device for 12 hours more or less, and it also has a portable battery so you don't need to worry about that at all.

So convenient to have this device during our travel. The signal strength was great through all the various parts of Japan that we traveled to.

This pocket wifi worked very well for my 7 days in Japan. Even though my mobile carrier said my phone would work without an international data plan it was LTE and very slow. I'm glad I did not rely on that. With the pocket wifi I had data access everywhere I went including inside buildings. Because I was using Google Translate so much this was truly a necessity. They delivered to the my hotel the day before. A return envelope included. I simply dropped it off at a red post box that was two doors down from my hotel in Kyoto. Very easy and would do it again next time I'm in Japan.
