The service was very good, the device was reliable and the battery lasted all day. The pick up and drop off were very easy. We used it during our trip in Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka. Highly recommended!

It was sent to the hotel even before we arrived. No issue with wifi/speed the entire trip in Japan. Reception is excellent.

There were occasional slow connections but overall a good experience.

This service is really convenaient. We received the pocket wifi at our first hotel. It was really easy to set it up and not to large to put it in a bag. The wifi quality was perfect.

The instructions to get the device were confusing and the process to return it was less than ideal but I was impressed with the speed and reliability of the device overall. I would happily use the product next time I visit.

The Japan Wireless pocket Wifi was a very reliable companion during my 15 days stay in Japan. It was totally worth the rental price and I only had to charge the device overnight. On my next visit to Japan, I definitely want to rent a pocket Wifi from Japan Wireless again.

Pick up at Kansai was easy. Set up was easy. Print on set up instructions paper could be bigger. WiFi kept its charge everyday when fully charged overnight. Signal was strong everywhere we went. Self enclosed post box return envelope was convenient and made returning the WiFi at Kansai easy. I would use Japan Wireless again.
