The Pocket WiFi from Japan Wireless was fantastic. I was very happy with the device. It had great WiFi connection everywhere I traveled in Japan and I was in Japan for over 3 weeks. The pickup and return instructions were easy to follow. I would definitely rent from Japan Wireless the next time I visit Japan.

I ordered pocket wifi for second time visiting japan. I used japan wireless 5 years previously and had a flawless experience. I ordered again from japan wireless because they have quality equipment and free delivery to hotel. Unfortunately I had medical emergency prior to arrival and could not cancel my order in time. I called japan wireless and they promptly refunded my charges. Very understanding company and staff. I will use them for sure in the future. KGee, Sacramento, California

My family of 4 shared the Japan Wireless pocket wifi for a whole month in Japan and the reception, speed and battery life were excellent. We never had to use the battery bank which was provided for free, the pocket wifi lasted over 10 hours each day.

Worked great and had no problems getting, setting up, or staying connected while using. Was connected with 2 phones the entire time and didn't even need to use the backup battery. Very fast connection and reasonably priced. Used mostly for maps and communicating with friends and family. Not having to deal with my phone carrier's overseas plan was a big relief. 100% would use again.
