In overall the experience was very good, easy pick up and return, internet worked well, the device had good battery capacity and the adaptor and powerbank were much appreciated.

This is the best way to travel in Japan and have access anytime & anywhere at reasonable costs. Very easy to collect at the airport and retune via mail at your last hotel. I used it now 4 times and can recommend it everywhere.

Es hat alles gut geklappt und wir hatten immer eine gute Internetverbindung von morgens bis abends. Nur der Schalter zum Abholen am Flughafen war etwas schwierig zu finden.

Took 10 seconds to get started. Did not have any issues at all. Dropped it off in the mailbox at the airport on the way home.
