I have used this company a few times now. The customer service is great, and once connected I always had a reliable, fast connection.
Its very good. I used it without any problem and instantly.
During july 2025 I've been traveling from Tokyo to Kumamoto with stops in Nagano, Hiroshima, Nagasaki, Osaka, Kyoto ... and my daughter and I had 99% off the time a good 4G connection. Only on Mt Aso itself no service, but that's understandable.
I purchased two eSim cards for Japan and they worked like a charm. No issues. Would definitely purchase again.
