I was very pleased with entire experience from purchase, eSIM activation, and usage from Tokyo, Hakone, Kyoto and Osaka. Japan Wireless website was user friendly for English speakers, and the “how to” video was very helpful. Setup and activation was easy at Haneda using the airport wireless service. I would use Japan Wireless again the next time I’m I visit Japan.
