easy setupreliable connectionfast internetcustomer experiencewide coverageIt was my first time with eSIM service and initially it was not working after I install the eSIM and follow the configuration; however, the support team was super fast to answer by e-mail and in two exchanges of communication I did they were able to solve the problem and I was easily connected without need to have another device with me (portable wi-fi). Arigatou!
It's my first time using eSIM. I found it surprisingly easy to use and Japan Wireless provided excellent connectivity everywhere I went.
The only place I ever struggled with service was in the line to get into Tokyo Disneyland. The rest of the trip has been totally fine.
Easy to buy, really fair price, easy to install and perfectly working in Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka!
Parfait ! Tout est bien expliqué pour l’installation.
