Nice & compact to carry around. We traveled extensively through Japan so Internet access was vital. Would definitely recommend.

Second time using Japan Wire Less. Easy pick up at Haneda Airport. My package was ready and check out was fast and efficient. Unit worked flawlessly like last year. Unit seemed to last longer than last year. never had to use the extra battery pack. The battery pack was included which is a big plus. Auto connected whenever it was on so you never had to hassle with it after initial set up. Return was very easy, just pack it up and put it in Red Mail box at Haneda. Very satisfied with product the whole time in Japan. However I used an ESIM when I continued my trip in Korea and that was even easier. I will look into Japan Wireless for ESIM on next trip to Japan.
