I felt that having a compact internet was so much better than a SIM. My fiancé and I stayed for two weeks and visited many places in Japan. Additionally, we used the suica card on our phone so we needed the stable internet to fill money for transportation. The company was very informative, provided all the details of how to pick up/drop off days before our trip and we were also able to pick up from the hotel. I also loved that we could drop it off at a mail box to return instead of a location when rushing to the airport. It came with everything needed: a carrying case, charger, external battery, and instructions. I highly recommend the internet and company!

We visited around 20 cities and a part for 2 where the connection was very slow I can’t complain.
We got 2 Devices always connected without problems.
It does not work on the bullets trains but I guess it was expected.

It was so easy to reserve, pickup, use, and drop off. I would recommend and definitely use again.

This is the fourth time I have used the pocket wifi hotspot premium plan and I have no complaints because it has worked 100% all the time, even in areas where I thought the signal would be poor, the performance was excellent. I had little time for the transfer to Hiroshima but the pick-up in Haneda was quick and the person who assisted me was very kind. Once again thank you Japan wireless.

Very easy to order, pick up, set up and post back. A 10/10 product that saw us using good connections all over Tokyo. Highly recommended and a must have if traveling in Japan 👍

We had enough wifi to watch movies and call home. There is an extra battery in case you forgot to load the wifi box. We had wifi everywhere we went even on more remote islands.

Great service and a great pocket wifi. We had on our trip trough Japan always wifi! Next time we will order again.
