We spent 10 days in Japan - Tokyo and Kyoto. There are no issues with the connection whatsoever. You can connect up to 10 devices. Pickup at the airport kiosk was simple. Easy device activation. To return, we put the device In a provided postage-paid envelope and dropped in the mailbox.

I was happy with the device thanks also to the power bank which also allows you to charge cell phones. Easy to use, collect and return. When I return to Japan I will get it again!

I am from India. I used it for around 8 days in Japan. Was quite helpful. never felt issue with internet connectivity. Although had to charge the battery daily, since I was in wandering in mesmerising Japan streets and 14-15 hrs a day.
