The Japan Wireless service was very affordable and very easy to use. Pick up and drop off is quick and easy. The post office workers recognize it right away. Just drop it into a mail bin, no need to wait in line. The only downside is the battery pack it provided is on a smaller side, only 5000mAh. With a 10,000mAh battery pack, the wifi hotspot can work for a whole day while you are exploring Japan.

It was nice to have a pocket WiFi for additional devices while in Japan. The process was easy and seamless. Will do again!

We went on a cruise, and it worked perfectly at every port for multiple devices. Excellent customer service, we had forgotten to pick up at Haneda airport and they messengered to our hotel in Tokyo for a nominal charge. We’d definitely use Japan Wireless again.

Easy and extremely useful. I never hasd to connect to my regular phone service and the wifi worked everywhere. They provide everything needed even a battery pack to charge the unit. Returning it was so easy as well.

The premium wifi was fast and reliable. The wifi is so easy to use and carry around. It will keep us connected wherever you are and it was such a reliable travel companion for us. The battery life was great and the connecting speed was always wonderful.. Must have items when you travel Japan!
