Super easy to find the pick Up and to use it, also to bring it back

I recently traveled to Japan and was very pleased with the pocket Wifi that I rented from Japan Wireless. The unit was ready to go as I turned it on, and used it without any problems. I would rent from them again, I highly recommend them.

We collected the pocket WiFi from Haneda Airport arrivals and found the pick up kiosk easily with the instructions provided. We had absolutely no problems with the unit/battery over the 3 week period. The signal was strong and the speed was excellent even with 3/4 devices connected. The return instructions were very clear and there were 2 red Japan Mail post boxes in the Departures Area at the check-in area at Haneda. Overall this pocket WiFi was a game changer for travel in Japan, we were very impressed by the service and would definitely use again.

it's convenient and reliable anywhere youbgo there is a signal

I was able to use it mostly anywhere. There were a couple of locations where it would not work but overall great service.

We used Japan wireless for a 2 week holiday it was very easy to pick up from haneda airport and we delivered it in the return envelope that was given to us at our hotel. We had great reception the entire trip. I highly recommend
