Very easy to use, easy to pick up and drop off at the airport especially with the included mailing envelope. The power bank was very useful too. My recommendation would be that maybe the power bank can be an optional addition for an extra fee so there's less things to bring for the customer, if they brought their own power bank.

The pocket wifi was delivered to our first hotel. We didn't have any major problems. Worked well for us. Had the hotel front desk mail it back to the vendor for us.

I had 2 Premium Wifi's for about 3 weeks, I was traveling with a group of 3 others from Canada, and this was our first trip to Japan.

Pickup and drop off was super easy and painless. It took a bit to find the pickup in the airport (Was upstairs by a 7/11 in Terminal 3 if I recall correctly), but once I found it, it only took a minute or two for pickup (Just had to show the booking info to the man working there)

I had no issues with connectivity or speed, only time I would ever really drop connection might be when I was on the subway. However, even underground I'd often still maintain connections.

The battery life on the pocket wifi's was great, it would last a good chunk of the day on its own. To keep battery life out of mind, I'd always just have the power bank plugged in.
Throughout the trip, I don't think anything ever went dead or got close to being dead, and we'd be out roaming for 16+ hours a day in many cases.

I also combined this with an eSim (Different provider) just for experimentation at different points during the trip, so I wasn't always bound to a pocket wifi (Group was separating).

Overall, I'd recommend Pocket wifi's, it was great value for the cost, and also great for people that can't use eSIMs (Some older phones, like one of my companions).

Japan Wireless was also one of the best values I found when comparing Pocket Wifi providers, especially because of the unlimited/uncapped speeds (Many providers would throttle after a few gigs).

Would use again next time I come to Japan.
