Excellent in all regards. Picked up at our first hotel in Japan, used it everyday all day long with zero issues and perfect connectivity along all of out itinerary, dropped off at the airport just prior to pass security gates. Clear instructions and support materials, along with useful mail reminders. Definitely reccommended.

This is the second time I have used the Premium Wifi. The pick-up is made super easy since you can choose where you can pick it up (any post office counter at the aiport or nearby your hotel).
The Wifi itself is very reliable and comes with a powerbank, cable, and charger. The battery will usually last for the whole day, and if not the power bank will give you more than enough.
I will definitely use this service again.

We’ve been using japan wireless pocket wifi for our annual trips to Japan and the latest model’s battery life was the best. Lasted the whole day every day and I only had to charge it with the battery pack they provided once while still outside.

I was very happy that it was very helpful for me and my family having an internet connection all the time of our stay, we stayed a full 2 weeks, thank you Japan Wireless!!

I got a hot-tip last minute, and ordered this wifi about 7-8hrs from arriving at Haneda airport. The email with instructions for pick up included directions and map to pick-up prior to leaving the airport (after exiting customs). It came in a easy-to-carry travel bag and we had the best wifi service we've had travelling anywhere in the world. Drop up was just as easy - it came with clear instructions and a post bag to drop in a postbox. We simply dropped our wifi off when we got back to the airport before out flight back home. We dropped it in a post box before we checked in. Very easy! I did try give back to the place I picked it up, however they instructed me to put it in the post box. Received an email a couple of days last to confirm it was received.

We used Japan Wireless pocket wifi during our recent 15 day travel. We traveled extensively and this wifi worked great in Shinkansens, subways, Tokyo, Kyoto, Yamagata, Universal, Nagoya, Hiroshima, Osaka, Nara and other spots. The free charger and the return envelope with instructions also came in very handy. We would definitely use this service again for our future travels!
