The portable wifi did not let us down even once. We used it on our 14 day trip and it was great! I would definitely recommend anyone especially with family to go for this. Pick up and return was very easy. we picked it up at Narita and returned it to Itami smoothly.

pocket wifi worked great for our trip. like that the router was small, but the unit become warm & sometimes hot to the touch.
