The pocket wifi was easy to set up and worked really well. The unit got quite hot while charging, and we needed a second power pack because the charge didn't last the whole day, even after charging it during the day. Highly recommended.

WiFi pockets worked great without any issues.
This was my second time rented them, and will continue to do so whenever I travel to Japan.

I would recommend 100% Pocket wifi worked great only a couple places it didn't work was way up in the mountains but that is expected. Really came in handy and worked flawless everytime for VOIP calls or during facetime.

All the organisation of the service and the methods of collection and return of the device were excellent. The only small problem is that in some cases there have been slowdowns in the connection

coverage very good in all Japan, average speed but enough for communication and GPS, price was fair, device enough battery for one day with provided power bank.

Works very well. Doesn’t always work in all areas and also sometimes kicks u off. Still the best product of its kind and compared to years ago it’s a much better product.

Very good service and coverage around all cities visited

We traveled to Japan for two weeks. My family included 5 people with smart phones. We rented two units to maintain connection while we traveled through Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka and Kobe.

We had a great experience as we were connected through all but the most remote areas and were able to use our wifi to navigate the train system and the regions we visited.
