While I was visiting Tokyo Disneyland, the Pocket WiFi device was great at providing me reliable WiFi for use in the park. Battery life was great, service was great. Highly recommended!

The wi-fi was great and Very fast. Only place I got signal problems was in hakone, altho It was understandable since my friends SIM had signal problems too

We had continuous WiFi all through our 15 day trip in Japan. The free extra battery pack was very useful, and we used it to recharge the unit on several occasions when we were out all day. We had no problems at all and would highly recommend Japan Wireless!

I had to reset it once using the online instructions. Otherwise it worked well and was extremely useful in communicating with taxi drivers and others when we were lost.

They even checked out flight information and updated our pick up appointment because of a change in arrival gates. I will rent from you again the next time I’m in town.
