Hiring a mobile wifi was one of the best decisions we took when traveling through Japan. The service worked flawlessly the whole trip, and it allowed us to move freely using navigation apps and using SNSs. A single charge would last us for a whole day with plenty to spare. We didn't even have to use the spare battery! Definitely recommend!

I travel to Japan every year for both business and holidays and I would strongly recommend Japan Wireless and particularly their Premium Wi-Fi router to everybody. Price/value is fantastic, delivery/returning is super smooth and it just works perfectly everywhere.

I have picked up the device in Osaka for our 2 weeks trip in Japan and it has been working perfectly all over the country including in the mountains/countryside in Hakone etc. Will use again for sure next time. Thank you.

It is hard for me to compare to comment on the reception or the speed as I do not have a benchmark. Worked just as excellent as the last time when I rented for a another supplier without making any reservations in advance. What I do appreciate is that the battery was good and that they supplied an extra battery as well. :-)

I was very glad with the router. It was very fast, I had an impression that it is even faster than the WiFi in the hotel. The only issue was the battery, but the complimentary power bank compensated the problem. Additionally I could also charge my smartphone on the way - using WiFi and GPS all the time drained the battery very fast. I would recommend it again

Everything related to the purchase of the Japan Wireless has been amazing. I do really recommend it if you are travelling to Japan. We were a group of four people and we had high-speed connection all times during our visit. The purchase process and the collection and return was very easy (we collected it at Narita Airport Post Office). It was really worth the money we paid.

Pick up was pretty easy and the product worked without issue. We used it to support two phones as we traveled through out Japan and never had an issue. Battery life was good. Rarely used the extra battery.
