Japan Wireless never disappoints! I ordered two pocket WiFi devices and one eSIM, and pickup at Haneda Airport (Terminal 3, 3rd floor) was absolutely seamless. The pocket WiFi batteries easily lasted the entire day, even with heavy Google Maps use and nonstop social media. The eSIM was super easy to set up, and the internet speed was incredibly fast the whole trip. I use Japan Wireless every time I travel to Japan, and they continue to be reliable, convenient, and totally stress-free. Highly recommend!

Went to several cities in the southern portion of Japan. The WiFi device we rented worked everywhere we went. Great device at a reasonable price.

Very dependable, strong wifi! Had it delivered to my hotel where it was waiting for me when I checked in, then dropped it in a post box at the airport to return before flying home. So easy.

Small, easy to use, battery lasted the day for me - charged during the night (normal use, social media, maps, searches but no gaming).
Only thing - a little tricky to find delivery desk at Haneda airport so check the instructions on the webpage beforehand.

Easy to use, always connected

From collecting the device at the airport to dropping it back at the postbox in the terminal 3 weeks later the experience was excellent. The device gave us an excellent signal everywhere we went no matter how remote. The instructions were clear and easy to use. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

ordered on-line before i arrived in Japan. picking up was easy, and returning via mailer was even easier.

Picked up my Japan Wireless pocket wifi at Narita Airport. Had excellent connections in my travels to Osaka and surrounding areas, and to Shibuya, Shinjuku, Yokohama, and surrounding areas. Worked excellently with my android cell supporting my use of Google maps throughout my travels using the Japan rail system, during my 10 day visit.

We used 2 pockets wifis for 12 days, good value, worked seamlessly for 4 people, easy pick up and drop off. Would highly recommend.
