Ordering process was simple and was waiting at our hotel for pickup. Great to have hotspot for 4 if us to use. Hotspot lasted about 8hrs though portable battery they provide will extend use.

I had a great experience. Online order was clear in English. Airport pick up and getting connected was quick and easy, my teenager got us set up in a few minutes. We had excellent service for 7 days all over Tokyo and Kyoto. Zero problems. Drop off was convenient at the red mail box next to ANA airlines check in. This was a superior experience!

I often travel, but the service I experienced from Japan-wireless and in the country of Japan in general is the best in class!

Whenever and wherever we are in Japan, we always use Japan Wireless pocket wifi. Signal always strong, it never automatically turns off unlike other pocket wifi’s. We’ve had some minor problems in the past but customer service replies fast and problem solved quickly. Highly recommended!

Great product

Easy to collect at the airport! The battery lasted all day without needing a charge, we didn't need to use the portable charger pack. The signal was very reliable, even on the subway. We would definitely use this again on our next visit

Worked great

We got the pocket premium wifi during our visit to Tokyo and Kyoto over 12 days. I would say it was the most useful thing we purchased for the trip as we used it a lot for navigating around the subway system, contacting friends and map usage. The extra battery was essential for us as we had to use it almost every day when out and about. Just remember to charge every night! The service worked extremely smoothly picking up at airport and mailing it back before we left Japan.
