A little hard to find the post shop in the airport, but easy to connect, instructions are simple to follow, battery life is quite long and enough for around a day out. Fast wifi, and can still connect to wifi around 100m away. Overall great!

Worked without any problem, both in between high buildings such as in Tokyo and in rural areas throughout Japan.
Receiving and return the device worked without perfect. And customerservice is close to perfect.

I LOVE the quality and the service. If anyone ever travels to japan, this is a must have. The signal and speed was even better than the WiFi at the hotel. I will definitely be using their services on my next visit to Japan.

I have been to Japan 4 times over the past 6 years. Each time I visited Japan, I obtained a pocket wi-fi from Japan Wireless. The equipment always arrived at my hotel, it was really easy to use and simple to return. Definitely recommend Japan Wireless.

Average 1 restart per week was needed (internet stopped working) but despite this, that is a tool everybody visiting Japan must have.
