Worked great

We were four using the pocket wifi. From ordering on line, to pickup (at Narita airport) to use all over Tokyo, to return back to Japan Wireless this was seamless and the service was great. There was a backup battery pack that I never had the need to use - the battery on the pocket wifi lasted all day. I strongly recommend the pocket wifi and will use this service again.

I did a little research on pocket wifi before going to Japan and Japan Wireless had very high review ratings. I was very pleased with this : strong connection, very fast speeds, can connect with multiple computers/iPad/iphone. It's a must if you are walking around Tokyo and you need to use a map or look up something on the internet. Would definitely use again!

Pick up from the airport, post it back at the airport with the pre-prepared envelope. Simple! Excellent signal, multiple devices, very impressed.
