We ordered 2 premium wifi services which as promotional we’re waiting for us at check in into our hotel. They worked everywhere we went and provided ample speed for a multitude of phones, laptops and ipads. They even worked better than some of the hotel wifi. It was very useful out and about and the extra charger gave us the added security that we were not going to run out of charge... which we never did. Return was easy at airport postbox and received notification a couple of later that they had been received. Highly recommend

I ordered this pocket wifi for my 12 day stay in Japan and it was extremely useful everywhere I went. Wouldn't leave the hotel without it. You tell them where you want it shipped to and it was there at the hotel when I arrived. Shipping back was just as easy as they gave you a return prepaid postage envelope. Simple and easy, can't get any better than this. Highly recommended!
