It was great! Easy to pick up and drop off, and we always had WiFi no matter where we were.

This little Wi-Fi router was so handy!! Lasted all day and we would walk around Japan for 10-12 hours before it went flat and we just plugged in the battery pack and away it went again! Definitely a must have if you aren't going to buy a travel SIM!

Great product, never any issues. Would last most of the day without a recharge but they included an extra battery pack so it was great. Would recommend without reservation

Seems to be truly unlimited and speeds are fast enough to stream Netflix in two devices at the same time! Perfect for me and the kids.

No probs, was waiting at my hotel when I arrived, I needed to extend the rental and this was for easily online without needing to speak with anyone, great WiFi, never dropped signal, great price and great service.

Ordered the premium WiFi router in advance. Package was waiting for me at my hotel when I checked in. Router connected easily to all of my devices and it was fast! Only issue that I noticed was the micro-usb on the device was a little worn out and was not holding the cable adequately for charging. I emailed Japan wireless and got a quick reply. The representative sent me another router within two hours! That was a surprise! I will definitely order from Japan wireless the next time I’m in Japan.

Are use the Japan wireless pocket Wi-Fi for the 10 days I was in Japan. It was about the same price as me getting a data package from the US. But the pocket Wi-Fi was superior to my AT&T data plan. I always had Internet in my pocket when I needed it. The only issue I had was, the pocket Wi-Fi would shut off from non-use after a time, so I had to restart it. But other than that, it worked great. I would recommend it for any gaijin coming to Japan.
